My work has primarily been inspired by systemic, hypnotherapeutic and humanistic ideas and approaches, by philosophy and modern neuroscience, shamanism as well as Western and Eastern spiritual traditions. My most influential personal teachers in my therapeutic work are Stefan Hammel, Holm von Egidy, Matthias Varga von Kibéd, Insa Sparrer, Gunther Schmidt, Alberto Villoldo and my clients.
